Our In-Home Design Consultation gives us the opportunity to walk through your home together, discuss what's working, identify what's not, and explore the possibilities for creating a space that better supports the way you live.

Unlike our complimentary Discovery Call, this is a dedicated working consultation where we can begin providing professional design insight and direction specific to your home.

Planning a larger renovation? If you choose to continue your project with Loudan Studio, your full $500 consultation investment may be applied toward a qualifying comprehensive design package purchased within 30 days of your consultation.

During Your Consultation

Depending on your project and priorities, we may discuss:

Overall layout, flow, and functionality
Opportunities to improve how existing spaces are used
Kitchen and bathroom layout considerations
Potential wall, doorway, or room configuration changes
Cabinetry and storage opportunities
Furniture placement as it relates to space planning
Renovation priorities and potential project phasing
Existing features worth keeping or working around
Preliminary material and finish direction
Construction and feasibility considerations
Your anticipated project investment and priorities
Recommended next steps for moving the project forward

This consultation is intentionally conversational. We'll walk the space together, talk through your ideas, and provide professional feedback based on what we can observe during our visit.

Continue Your Project with Loudan Studio

If you decide to move forward after your consultation, your $500 In-Home Design Consultation investment may be applied in full toward a qualifying comprehensive design package purchased within 30 days of your consultation.

Qualifying services include:

Single-Level Floor Plan Design
Two-Level Floor Plan Design
Qualifying Comprehensive Kitchen Design Packages
Qualifying Comprehensive Bathroom Design Packages
Other comprehensive design services specifically identified by Loudan Studio as eligible

The consultation investment is applied toward the professional design fee for the qualifying service, allowing your In-Home Consultation to become the first step in the larger design process rather than an additional design expense.

Standalone Bathroom Floor Plan Design Packages and other smaller or à la carte design services are not eligible for application of the $500 In-Home Design Consultation investment.

What's Not Included

The In-Home Design Consultation is intended for professional design guidance and project evaluation. It does not include completed design deliverables such as:

Floor plans or construction drawings
Renderings or 3D walkthroughs
Detailed cabinetry drawings
Formal material or finish selections
Product sourcing or procurement
Written construction estimates
Architectural or engineering services
Permit or trade-specific construction documents

If your project requires drawings, detailed design development, cabinetry design, product selections, or additional services, we'll recommend the appropriate next step following your consultation.
